Connect the operator wallet. It becomes the administrator and the authorized platform fee-claim wallet. Fees are not paid out automatically. Creating this account consumes test SOL.

Platform trading feeProtocol fees apply in addition. Creator trading fee is initialized at 0%. Fee claims use the protocol tools; a withdrawal panel is not included in this release.
